RIDEAU GLOBULES. ATELIERS D'ART DE FRANCE 2013 PRIZE

For the Ateliers d'Art de France competition, Passage secret is creating a contemporary lithophane project.

After having chosen a pattern, having pixelated it and worked on it in 10 shades from white to black to reveal it, we have to create tiles with 10 different thicknesses which will allow the light to reveal the pattern. Then the weaving of each element with stainless steel cable allowed the construction of this work.

It won the national AAF competition in 2013.
